Great Upstate Rentals LLC Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Great Upstate Rentals LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of our party rental services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Rental Agreement
2.1 Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date and time the equipment is delivered to you and ends on the agreed-upon date and time for pickup or return.
2.2 Extension of Rental Period: If you need to extend the rental period, you must contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment
3.1 Pricing: The rental fees for our equipment are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking is final.
3.2 Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. The retainer fee is 50% of the total reservation.
3.3 Payment Methods: We accept all major payment methods; CC, Paypal, etc.
3.4 Late Fees: Late returns are subject to additional charges. The late fee is structured as listed below.
Days 1-3: 25% of the daily rental rate per day
Days 4-7: 30% of the daily rental rate per day
Beyond 7 days: 35% of the daily rental rate per day
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, all payments made prior to your cancellation are non-refundable.
4.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund.
5. Use of Equipment
5.1 Condition of Equipment: You agree to use the rental equipment in a careful and proper manner and to return it in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear is excepted.
5.2 Damage or Loss: You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the rental equipment during the rental period. You agree to pay full market value for the repair or replacement costs that are not covered by your damage waiver.
5.3 Prohibited Uses: The equipment must not be used for any illegal purposes or in a manner that could harm the equipment or others.
6. Liability
6.1 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the rental equipment.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State/Saratoga County. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York State/Saratoga County.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Great Upstate Rentals Tent Guidelines
1. Booking and Payment
2. Delivery and Setup 🚚
Delivery Fees: Delivery and pickup fees are mandatory.
Non-Stacked Chairs: Extra fees are charged for non-stacked chair setups.
3. Safety and Usage Guidelines 🛡️
Site Inspection: Ensure the site is clear of obstacles and level before our team arrives.
Weather Precautions: Do not use the tent in extreme weather conditions (e.g., high winds, heavy rain).
Anchoring: All tents must be properly anchored. Do not move or adjust anchor points.
Open Flames: No open flames or cooking inside or within 20 feet of the tent. Use designated areas for cooking.
Decorations and Lights: Absolutely no decorations or items are allowed on the tent or attached to the lights.
Tent Position: The tent cannot be moved once it has been set up.
4. During Your Event 🎉
Electrical Equipment: Ensure all electrical equipment is properly grounded and safe for use.
Emergency Support: Contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Emergency support is available during your event.
5. Post-Event Procedures 🔄
Cleaning: Remove all trash and personal belongings from the tent.
Inspection: Our team will inspect the tent upon pickup. Any damages or excessive cleaning will incur additional fees.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee will be charged if the tent is not cleaned and left dirty upon our return.
