Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We offer delivery, optional setup, and pickup based on your location and order size.

Can I pick up rentals myself?
Yes. Self-pickup is available for smaller orders.

How long is the rental period?
Rentals cover a full event day, with flexible delivery and pickup timing.

What happens if something gets damaged?
A standard damage waiver covers normal wear; significant damage or missing items may be billed.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — popular dates and inventory fill quickly, especially during peak season.

Can I make changes after I book?
Yes, as long as your event date hasn’t passed and inventory is available.
