How many tables and chairs do I need?
For seated dinners, plan for one chair per guest and tables that comfortably seat your group.

  • 6' banquet tables seat 6–8
  • 8' banquet tables seat 8–10
  • 60" round tables seat up to 10

Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! We offer delivery, setup, and pickup for a fee based on your location.
Want to save money? You're welcome to pick up and return your rental items yourself — perfect for smaller events or tighter budgets.

What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Albany and the entire Capital Region, including Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga Springs, and surrounding towns. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our service area, just ask!

What’s the rental period?
Most rentals are for a full 24 hours, with flexible pickup and drop-off options available. Need an extra day? Let us know — we offer extended rental options.

What happens if something gets damaged?
A 12% damage waiver is added to all rentals to cover minor wear and tear. This protects you from small accidents. Significant or negligent damage may incur replacement costs.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead, especially during peak season (May–October). Inventory moves fast — the earlier, the better!
